Duration: Engagements typically run for 3–6 months or longer, on a monthly retainer, depending on the scale and complexity of the work.

My perspective is shaped by observing what works, what fails and what it takes to build companies that continue to scale. My experience spans startups across India, Southeast Asia and Europe in Hospitality, Fintech, E-commerce, Lifestyle and SaaS.
